At Psagot Playgrounds, we are driven by the values of accessibility and inclusion, and we are proud to lead the field of inclusive playgrounds in Israel.
We were selected by Israel’s Ministry for the Development of the Negev, Galilee & National Resilience to spearhead this groundbreaking initiative.
A New Benchmark in Accessibility
These inclusive playgrounds set a new national standard—the most accessible ever built in Israel.
We believe they will spark a meaningful transformation in public spaces, promoting integration and connection for people with disabilities within Israeli society.
The “Sensory Model” – Central Structure
The main play unit is specially designed for full wheelchair mobility,
allowing access to the highest level, and enabling two wheelchairs to cross side by side across any bridge.
It includes:
Tactile and sensory play panels
Musical elements
Braille signage
Sound-conducting tubes
An inspiring photo station
Inclusive Equipment for All
These playgrounds also feature:
Swings of various types
A carousel installed at ground level (zero entry height)
A dynamic sand digger
Multiple other wheelchair-adapted play stations, both for direct access and assisted play
Designed for Everyone
All play elements are created for shared use by all children—
so that kids with and without disabilities play together, side by side.
This approach fosters natural interaction, creating shared experiences that build both emotional and physical connection.
