Neighborhood Play Space for Older Kids and Toddlers
This playground was designed as a neighborhood destination with a clear, comfortable split between an older play area and a toddler area, so each age group gets a space that matches the way they play.
The older zone is anchored by a combined structure that offers active, challenging play. A spinner is integrated directly into the main unit, which helps save space and reduces the separate safety clearance typically required for a standalone carousel.
The toddler zone supports imaginative play and movement with a fun gas station feature that works perfectly with ride on toys, alongside a toddler climbing and slide element and two spring riders that invite pretend play and repeat visits.

- A toddler zone that supports imaginative
- Continuity with a nearby additional playground we delivered for the same community, featuring a very large central structure and many swings

The older zone promotes active movement and challenge, while the toddler area brings everyday role play to life through the gas station and themed spring riders. Together, the two zones create a cohesive playground that works as both an active play destination and a neighborhood gathering point.
